The sweepstakes begins at 9:00am (ET) on 1/1/06. All entries must be received by 9 a.m. (ET) on 3/1/06. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about the day after the deadline for entries to be received. Winner(s) will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older, except employees of the ABC Creative Group, LLC and Central Leatherstocking Region representatives ("sponsors"), and their immediate families. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address.
Income and other taxes, shipping or delivery fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Only one prize per household.
Except where prohibited: (I) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; and (II) winner, (and if applicable travel companion) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release which must be returned within 10 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. If a minor wins a prize, it will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the necessary affidavit and release and if prize involves travel must accompany winner on the trip.
Winners in receipt of prizes valued over $600.00 will be required to sign a form acknowledging tax liability.
Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received for any reason including reasons of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility will not be eligible.
